Third Party Certification of New Modular Buildings
Expert Modular Consultants provides design evaluation and follow-up inspection services for modular buildings designed and constructed in compliance with the model building codes adopted under the modular building regulatory programs administered by various states, with or without state amendments. Re-Certification of Existing Buildings
Expert Modular Consultants can re-certify existing modular buildings for compliance with additional codes. Such re-certifications include design review, inspection and re-labeling of the buildings to certify compliance with the codes for additional states or jurisdictions. These re-certifications are provided according to the specific procedures of the applicable state modular building programs. If the building will be located in a state that does not have a re-certification program, EMC can provide independent third party re-certification subject to review and approval by the local authority having jurisdiction.
